I love being able to help kids, I love making a match and seeing the excitement on both the Big’s and Little’s faces.

What is your favorite part of being Vice President of Programs?

I enjoy meeting other community leaders and working with so many people to help grow and strengthen the agency in order to reach our long term goals, including serving more kids in a meaningful way.

Why do you think the work BBBS does is so meaningful?

We are a different type of program. We match kids one on one with adults who really help guide them through life and who are supportive of them. We work with so many different types of kids and it is exciting to see a match grow and develop over years.

What has been your favorite day so far on the job?

One of my best days was when we started with the Holy Cross Football team. We had so many boys in Great Brook Valley waiting for years and to see them all get matched was a great feeling.
