Americorps Ambassador of Mentoring ; Interview & Match Support Specialist for South Worcester County Programs at Nichols College

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest has, does, and will continue to do important work within its communities. My name is Claribette Del Rosario and I am a true believer in the power of relationships. I come from a mental health, science, and history background because I enjoy asking questions—plain and simple. Each person involved with the agency have impactful stories, and it’s our job to find and highlight them in the best possible way.

This blog began when program partners, past and present Board Members, friends, families, and even staff members were curious about the good work they provide each week. Each entry is able to come to fruition because the authors (including myself) are curious about the time and energy mentors invest in their youth and vice versa! It’s also a place where the agency showcases its upcoming events/mentoring opportunities for friends, family, mentors, mentees, program partners, staff members, and Board Members to attend.

I believe BBBS CM/MW does an amazing job to create and foster consistent & caring mentoring relationships between responsible adults & young people! If you’re interested in seeing what the agency has to offer its mentors/mentees, what the mentors & mentees do during their time together, and how the mentors & mentees create and impact each others’ lives, then this is a blog you’ll rightfully enjoy.
